Health Care Foundation Grant

Shepherd’s Center of KC Central is the proud recipient of a grant from the Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City for our Medicare Assistance Program (MAP).  In 2016, MAP provided Medicare counseling and education to 1,816 individuals.  During Medicare Part D open enrollment our Medicare Counselors saved participants $294,486 in their prescription drug coverage.  This program is clearly making a huge impact and we are pleased to have the support of The Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City.

Medicare Open Enrollment for part D prescription coverage begins October 15, 2017.  Our Medicare Counselors will help you choose a plan that best meets your prescription and budget needs.  To schedule your appointment call Joyce White at our Campbell office 816-753-7039 or Andy Bracken at our Oak office 816-444-1121.
